Time for a pay rise?

If you have ever wondered whether you get a fair deal from your employer – or whether you’re short-changing your staff – the answer could be on the way. The findings of the Croner Marketing Rewards survey will be presented at a breakfast briefing in central London on 13 September. Conducted on behalf of The Chartered Institute of Marketing by Croner Reward during May and June 2011, the survey promises to reveal the differences in marketers’ pay across a wide variety of sectors and regions in the UK. Marketing Rewards will uncover differences in salaries and bonuses, based on role, location, sector and company turnover. It also investigates men and women’s pay in marketing, and the salaries of in-house versus agency marketers.
