Nick Baggot

Nick Baggot, CIM digital marketing course director

 

Nick Baggott is a CIM fellow and one of the Institute’s digital course directors. Baggott previously worked as group client service director at Chemistry Communications Group, an agency he founded with three colleagues. Currently a digital marketing consultant and trainer, Baggott has provided services for companies in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and the US. He developed the consumer communications programme for American Idol and now works with Google in Europe and the US.

 

Roger Courville

Roger Courville, Principal, 1080 Group

 

Roger Courville is author of The Virtual Presenter’s Handbook and Raise Your Webinar Engagement Quotient, which is soon to be released. Courville is principal of 1080 Group, which offers training, coaching and research to help executives design and deliver interactive webinar presentations and programmes.

 

Tim Watson

Tim Watson, operations director, Emailvision

 

Tim Watson is an e-mail marketing strategist, with experience from over seven years in the e-mail industry during a period of phenomenal growth. Working for an ESP during this period has afforded him a unique insight into real-world e-mail campaigns across a range of clients.
 
He is an elected member of the DMA E-mail Marketing Council and sits on its Best Practice and Partnership hubs. Responsibilities for the DMA include review and contribution to the DMA best practice guidelines and white papers.
 
Having worked as operations director for E-mail Reaction and SmartFocus, Watson continues in that role following the recent acquisition of SmartFocus by Emailvision.
 
Watson is a frequent blogger and industry commentator on all things e-mail, now encompassing mobile and social media. He has a particular passion for optimisation of results and is an evidence based marketer.
